Simple Snacks for Sleep

Does your child cry "hunger" between dinner and teeth brushing?  Here's a list of easy go-to snack ideas that actually promote good sleep:

Turkey and cheese on whole-grain crackers
Apple and cheese slices
Popcorn and/or peanuts
Peanut butter spread on a banana
Whole grain cereal with cow or soy milk
Wholegrain toast with almond or sunflower seed butter
Plain yogurt with honey and fruit (particularly orange, banana, pineapple, kiwi, or cherries)
